BF Live ("BF Live", "the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a live video and audio streaming and social entertainment application. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.
We collect information you provide directly, information generated by your use of the App, and information from your device, so that live streaming, messaging, gifting, and creator payouts can function.
We do not request access to your device's contacts or contact list.
BF Live requests the following device permissions. Each is used only for the purpose described, and most can be granted, denied, or revoked at any time in your device's app settings — though doing so may limit related features.

BF Live does not request access to your contacts, SMS, or call logs.
BF Live includes an in‑app virtual currency system (coins/diamonds/points) that users can purchase and spend on virtual gifts sent to hosts during live streams. Hosts, creators, and agency members accumulate earnings from gifts received, which may be exchanged and withdrawn as real‑world payouts, subject to our Terms of Service and applicable minimum thresholds.
When you submit a withdrawal request, we collect the account details required for the payout method you choose. BF Live currently supports the following payout methods:
This information is used solely to process, verify, and record your withdrawal requests, to prevent fraud, and to comply with our recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell this information. Where a payout is processed through a third‑party payment provider, that provider's own privacy policy also applies to the handling of your payout information.
BF Live integrates the following third‑party services to provide core functionality. Each provider processes certain data as described in its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging and OneSignal to deliver push notifications about messages, gifts, followers, live activity, and account updates. You can disable notifications at any time from your device's system settings or, where available, from the App's in‑app notification preferences.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the App's features, comply with legal, tax, and anti‑fraud obligations (including records related to virtual currency and withdrawal transactions), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting us at support@bflive.xyz with your registered email/phone number and username. We will verify your request and delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required or permitted to retain certain records (for example, transaction and payout records needed for financial compliance, or content necessary to resolve an open dispute or report).
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted network transport, access controls, and secure storage practices with our backend and infrastructure providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and avoid sharing your account credentials.
BF Live is a live‑streaming and social platform with real‑time video/audio, virtual gifting, and financial payout features, and is intended for users 18 years of age and older only. The App is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a user under 18 has created an account or provided us personal information, we will take steps to delete that account and associated data. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise many of these rights directly in the App (editing your profile, managing payment/payout methods, or deleting content), or by contacting us at support@bflive.xyz. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.
Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than where you live, including wherever our hosting, backend, and third‑party service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards to protect data transferred internationally, consistent with applicable data protection law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the App, our practices, or legal requirements. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made, and, for material changes, we will provide additional notice (such as an in‑app notification) where appropriate. Your continued use of BF Live after a revised policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
